WELCOME to our Business & Holiday Saarpartments, right in the Heart of Saarbrücken.  One of our two Saarpartment Guesthouses are located Near the Central Train Station, on Dr.-Maurer-Straße and one in the City by most Points of Interest at Bismarckstraße, Am Staden.

1. Central Station Guesthouse with 2 separate Bedrooms : In the Guesthouse Dr.-Maurer-Str. 21, you'll find our 5 XL Saarpartments, each with 2 separate Bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a open Living and Dining Room and a sunny Balcony, with around 70 square Meters. 

• Standard Sleeping for 3 Guests: It features one Master Bedroom with a Double Sized Boxspringbed and one small Single Bedroom with a Single Boxspringbed.
• Additional sleeping spaces for maximum 5 Guests: The sofas can be converted into sofa beds, providing two additional sleeping spaces. Each XL Saarpartment can therefore accommodate up to five people. We recommend booking a second Saarpartment if you are booking for longer than a weekend with 5 people, as otherwise it will be very cramped and privacy will be severely limited.
  • Groups can book the Guesthouse for up to 25 Guests. 
    

2. Saar-River Guesthouse with 1 Bedroom-Saarpartments : The Guesthouse on Bismarckstrasse contains 6 Saarpartments, with Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, open Living/Dining Room and a small Balcony as well, in sizes from Small up to Large. All feature a Master Bedroom with a Double Sized Boxspringbed.

• All Saarpartments provides additional sleeping spaces for maximum 3 Guests:  Some Saarpartments feature a Loft Bed next to the Master Bed in the same Room. Small and charming. The attic Saarpartments are equipped with Sofa Beds.
  
• The Large Saarpartment provides additional sleeping spaces for maximum 4 Guests: The sofa in the upper Floor can be converted into a sofa bed, providing two additional sleeping spaces.
  • Groups can book the Guesthouse for up to  19 People: Saarpartment S1-max. 3 Guests (extra Loft Bed), L2-max. 4 Guests (extra Sofa Bed), S3-max. 3 Guests (extra Loft Bed), M4-max. 3 Guests (extra Loft Bed), S5-max. 3 Guests (extra Sofa Bed), M6-max. 3 Guests (extra Sofa Bed)
